Streams
The inventory of everything ingested — and a shortcut into the section that can query it.
Streams is the inventory: every stream in the organization, with a signal-type facet (logs, metrics, traces) and a search, showing record counts, storage footprint and compression ratio.
It doubles as navigation. Tapping a stream jumps to the section that can query it — a log stream opens Logs with it selected, a trace stream opens Traces — which on a phone is far quicker than switching sections and hunting through a picker.
A small honesty note about sizes
OpenObserve reports stream sizes in megabytes, not bytes. Rather than trusting a number and formatting it as bytes (a mistake that turns 12 MB into 12 B, or 12 MB into 12 TB, depending on which way you get it wrong), the field carries its unit in its name all the way through the app. What you see is what OpenObserve said.
